Users of ESRA UAE have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and platform policies.
2. How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
Go to:
App Settings → Account → Delete Account
Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.
Option 2: Email Request
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at:

Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- A request for account deletion
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your account is deleted, the following data will be removed:
- Personal profile information
- Contact details
- Saved addresses
- Order history (unless required for legal or financial compliance)
- Account credentials
4. Data Retention
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Financial recordkeeping requirements
5. Processing Time
Processing Time
If you delete your account using the in-app “Delete Account” button, your account will be deleted immediately or within a short processing period required for system verification.
If you request account deletion via email, your request will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification of your identity.
