Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ESRA UAE and third-party sellers (“Vendors”) who list and sell products on the ESRA UAE marketplace.

By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To become a vendor on ESRA UAE, you must:

  • Be legally authorized to sell products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are fully responsible for:

  • Creating accurate product listings
  • Ensuring product quality and authenticity
  • Managing inventory and stock availability
  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders
  • Packaging and shipping products on time
  • Providing customer support for their products

4. Prohibited Products

Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing:

  • Illegal or restricted items under UAE law
  • Counterfeit or fake products
  • Dangerous or hazardous goods
  • Any items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Any products banned by ESRA UAE policies

5. Pricing and Commissions

  • Vendors set their own product prices
  • ESRA UAE may charge a commission on each successful sale
  • Commission rates will be communicated separately or in vendor agreements
  • Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees

6. Payments to Vendors

  • Vendor earnings are paid through approved payment methods
  • Payments are processed after order completion and confirmation
  • ESRA UAE may apply a holding period to prevent fraud or disputes

7. Order Fulfillment

Vendors must:

  • Ship orders within the promised timeframe
  • Provide tracking information when available
  • Ensure safe and proper packaging of products

Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Vendors must comply with ESRA UAE refund policies
  • Vendors may be required to accept returns for defective or incorrect items
  • ESRA UAE may intervene in disputes between customers and vendors

9. Account Suspension

ESRA UAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:

  • False information is provided
  • Orders are not fulfilled properly
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Policies are violated

10. Intellectual Property

Vendors must ensure they have full rights to sell all listed products and must not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

ESRA UAE acts only as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for:

  • Product quality provided by vendors
  • Shipping delays caused by vendors or couriers
  • Disputes between vendors and customers
